North Dakota Real Estate Continuing Education Courses for License Renewal:

Salespersons and brokers are required to complete:

• Nine (9) hours every year.  Six (6) hours are an elective course with three (3) hours are a required course by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission.   The subject matter is determine annually.  For the 2010 renewal cycle students need to complete a three (3) hour Appointed Agency Course. 
  • No exam is required in any of the continuing education courses. 
  • North Dakota law requires that all courses must be completed within one year of the enrollment date of the course.

Cooke Real Estate School Course Approvals:

The continuing education courses below are approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission to satisfy the required CE requirements.  See course approval numbers are below.
