CONTINUING EDUCATION NEEDED EACH RENEWAL PERIOD FOR SALES AND BROKER LICENSEES:
Salespersons and brokers are required to complete sixteen hours every two (2) year renewal cycle. A minimum of six (6) of the sixteen hours must be completed in the first year of each two-year period. No exam is required in any of the continuing education courses.
Six (6) hours of the sixteen need to be one of the following areas:
- Contracts (not available at this time)
- Agency Law (not available at this time)
North Dakota law requires that all courses must be completed within one year of the enrollment date. |

The continuing education courses below are approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission to satisfy the required CE requirements. See course approval number below. |
