CONTINUING EDUCATION NEEDED EACH RENEWAL PERIOD FOR SALES AND BROKER LICENSEES:
Salespersons and brokers are required to complete:
- Nine (9) hours every year. Six (6) hours are an elective course with three (3) hours are a required course by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. The subject matter is determine annually. For the 2010 renewal cycle students need to complete a three (3) hour Appointed Agency Course.
- No exam is required in any of the continuing education courses.
- North Dakota law requires that all courses must be completed within one year of the enrollment date of the course.
